FTC Company Ltd based in Bangkok & is our prime outsourcing company Thai and foreign owned. Due to the services we provide this website is solely for outsourcing & shipping large cargo for foreign companies.

MANUFACTURING YOUR PRODUCTS:

We have fully qualified QC personel who oversee all your manufactured goods. Everything is written into a contract we work out with you. Full confidentiality assured.

AGREEMENT WITH MANUFACTURING COMPANY:

  We do have an agreement with the manufacturing company we deal with on behalf of you to safeguard your product lines from over production and copyright. Also we have lead times, signed dates of each shipment, deadlines, workmanship, labour issues and penalty clauses with these companies. 

FINDING YOUR PRODUCTS:

We can find and outsource your products with one week. As we are affiliated with [ EAN ]. Thailand Federation of Industries our staff can find what your'e looking for within days if in Thailand. However if it is a personal design patent you want us to make this could be different as we may have to find more than one manufacturer to make; redesign for you or seek specialist companies in China or Taiwan.

WHY USE OUR SERVICES:

Time means money for you. Having a partner on the spot in Asia is important to control production, quality control, labour issues, to liase with management and export logistic problems by simply being on the spot to respond directly to these issues on your behalf.

DESIGN TEAM:

We can redesign your products you want using our design tech team inhouse. Send us your drawings and if we can offer advice we will. We are specialists in Autocad & Engineering software and can assist you if you wish to have another opinion or assistance in this field. FTC Managerment are qualified Specialist Precision Engineering graduates.

PAYMENT:

 Every circumstance is different. We do not charge a product sourcing fee to locate a product and/or manufacturer based upon the specialty of the product and its availability. However we do charge a fee if we have to redesign your product using our tech staff via quotation.  We will issue a contract {Non Disclosure} with you the moment we find the manufacturing company for you. In all export trade we do charge an export management fee to oversee the factory production, packing & storage and all of the export logistics that go with a smooth business. We base this figure on an approximation estimate of  5%-7% based upon the total value of each trade shipment and according to the contract.

TITLE ON GOODS:

  Most supplies will incur a deposit once we contract them to the manufacture. For large ongoing orders we do not ask the vendor for this deposit but on smaller orders we may to maintain shipping schedules. Again each case is based on the amount of time etc spent. 

CONTRACTS & ONGOING BUSINESS:

  We prefer to sign contracts over the period of one year min. We have no constraints on your going direct to the factories after this time but we can assure you during the time spent working with you all about our excellent expertise and workmanship using our services.

DEALING IN ASIA:

  We have both Chinese and Thai staff including expertise from Australia and NZ on our staff. We also know these countries we deal with; speak the language and can converse efficiently. It is important to know both the etiquite of these countries and culture to even work here. Our experience we feel is a bonus and will save you money and time. We have experience on the labour issues of all countries and although we try to outsource in Thailand as a first option we look at China and Taiwan as well. However on large consignment orders we look at all 3 countries simultaneously so it all depends on the product and availability of the manufacturers.

LABOUR ISSUES IN ASIA:

  Asia does have labour laws but it must be noted that one needs to know how each factory works & its management structure. Holidays are plentiful in Thailand where we are mainly based and this can be a problem meeting deadlines on time.  We have been able to overcome these issues relatively easier by offering incentive to the company we deal with, allowing flexibility & seeking adequate backup. Having your own factory can be advantageous but can also be a complete nightmare.

WHY THAILAND:

  Thailand has an excellent government who are making even move incentives into the manufacturing side of business. It has a stable economy different from China and Taiwan at present and can provide many services and products which we are aware of. Shipping is excellent and the location is central to both China and Taiwan.
