THOMPSON & KINGS Co Limited still there--- who run under the business name of Thompson Cargo are a middleman and are located in Soi 17 Petachburi Rd, Pratunamnear the Benz Residence Hotel. They do not honour their shipments and clients have been left with cargo unable to clear at their destination as they do not pay their shipping bills with the Shipping Company. This means the BIL is held by non other than Handle In Transport until the shipment is paid for even after you have already paid. We are one Company affected and they want a bill much higher than the payment due. As at June 2006 they are still there!!!!! April 2006 posting . In October 2007 we have received 2 more complaints from people who have lost their cargo from this company	Handle International Transport : have held shipments without sending emails and faxes to the affected parties. Not an ethical code of practice for shipping agents. If one wants to clear ones consignment in another country then you may find they want more than you paid - maybe someones elses cargo as well???. Their telephone help has a lot to be desired & they say they send emails/ & faxes ---- that's it---zero emails----zero help so do they care. June 2006 posting
There are a few so called agents in Bangkok with Fedex etc on their signs. One such company is Shin Sea Text opposite Pratunam Park Hotel Soi Somprasong 4. These companies use their own airway bills in their own name and charge you 1000 baht per transaction for themselves. DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE NOT AGENTS. If in doubt check on the FEDEX website before you use. We have written to FEDEX AND FILED A COMPLAINT BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED???
