by TT or L of C on acceptance of our agreement once we issue proforma invoice and

all your shipment & make sure all documents are DHL or FedEx
direct to your door. What's more we even offer you FREE advice on
how to clear your goods without you having to use a clearance
agent in your country. In other words we save you time and money

using our services.
Always ask your CUSTOMS DEPT in your country
for classification duties and tax requirements on the goods you
want to import for machinery imports. We only quote FCL
which is full container levels.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS:
We pick up the goods or have delivered, pack all the goods or
contain. We have our own packing and storage
facilities. We provide all documents needed to clear
customs from Thailand and into your port of destination (packing
lists, invoices, bill of laden, certificate of origin, fumigation
reports,). We assist you in clearing into your destination port
and give you advice on bringing the products into your warehouse.

Here are some helpful terms that you may need to know:
SEA FREIGHT :
LCL = LOOSE CONTAINER LOAD: This term is used when you the customer wishes to send a lesser
amount than a Full Container Load. We DO NOT SEND LCL
LEVELS
FCL = FULL CONTAINER LOAD: This
term is used when you the customer wishes to send a Full Container
Load. There are 20’ or 40’ containers available and sometimes
without any additional charges depending on the freight line a
customer can use a high cube. High cube means the container is
just a little higher and gives you the customer more room without
having to book an extra container.
SHIPPING INTO THE USA: Has risen and now based daily. Due to the terrorism threats;
oil fluctuations, insurance hikes many exports & stand alone products.
eg. wood tables in FCL will have a set
charge. However when shipping multiple goods in FCL loads then the
tarrifs for FCL will increase. Freight charges are
subject to change due to oil fluctuation prices / terrorism
/ insurance / $ changes / & the freight you wish to export. Items like tin,
aluminium products have
increased in Thailand by 15% making it hard on Thai exporters
competing & China is on a new phase of development making some
items like steel, cement prices to increase. LCL into some ports
are now based on the nearest 0.5% over the 1cbm. Shipping rate are
changing daily now and our company does monitor the shipping
situations and changes. If shipping foodstuffs & cosmetics or
chemical bottles to the USA the
companies you buy off must be affiliated with the FDA in the USA.
Without this you will lose your shipment if you send to USA.
OUR FEES: Our fees are based depending on quantity and place we must
source eg. Thailand, Taiwan & China we will incur additional
travel/fax & telephone costs. As each shipment is different we
can only quote costs once we know what a customer wants. For
ongoing services we can arrange Letter of Credit and other credit
lines. Remember we will source anywhere in Asia for the products
you want and our rates are excellent. The longer you stay with us
the cheaper it gets. We do sign Confidentiality
Agreement with all sourcing and outsourcing clients.
QUOTA: You may have to pay quota on cotton, coffee, rice etc so do not
buy if no quota from Thailand. This can vary and later
in the year the prices can change. At the moment quota
is OK. Coffee
and rice etc are via quota in Thailand so do not buy until you can
secure.
INSURANCE is extra but you can insure yourself to cover the
travel time between ports which can be better for you should you
have a problem, like ship sinking, damage at the port which we
have no control of and nor do you as a customer unless you have
insurance. Our insurance is international and claiming is
universal, so you will be able to claim should there ever be a
problem. USUALLY BASED ON 2.5% on the value of.
