NON DISCLOSURE FORM FOR ALL OUTSOURCING COMPANIES
1/. We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you to safeguard your products, confidentiality and protection of all the information you send to us, the product to be sourced and the offshore outsourcing process on behalf of your company.
2/. In the contract we have a written report of factory capacity, work stating goals, time table, prices, agreed targets, factory report, employment and the designated final product.
3/.Once the NDA is signed, then both parties are fully aware and protected. You from us and us from the factory we use to make your products.
4/. We also include a list of the various services to be performed, the target countries we use to make, time and costs with a clear agreement and no work or costs are performed until an agreement is in place.5/. You will be required to pay part of an agreed fee for service up-front for as a sourcing company costs will start the moment we begin working with you.
6/. You need to provide written drawings, specifications and other documents of products to be sourced and we in turn will provide expert advice using out techical staff on hand.
7/. The old saying cheap may be just that. Lowest price should not be the sole factor in considering our services as you must think of communication, setting up costs yourself, travel, time factors, labour issues, customer service, protection of intellectual property, access to shipping sea ports and other key factors when considering our services. We do strive however to obtain the best deal for you.
8/. We do invite all offshore outsourcing companies to travel to look at factories to finalize selection and ensure that everything is as advertised. We have guides to assist you who can speak the languages and our own personal to allow you to feel at ease working with us.
9/. We work with a reputable Law Office: refer to the logo on this page and use there services.
